About Us

The idea behind Storm Beach began in 2004 when the founder Stuart Haden began an 18-month piece of research for his dissertation at a Masters level.  Exploring the impact of developing internal coaches he recognised that a Learning and Development consultancy should be based on sound research.  This ensures a systematic yet flexible approach and the ability to provide recommendations for action with confidence.

The following model highlights our approach to projects.  We work with organisations to develop the projects strategy, highlight the profile of delegates and agree how the change will be valued.  At the centre of the project is the behavioural change itself where we encourage a mix of delivery options and fresh ideas.

We offer 3 cutting edge delivery options…

Traditional – using a mix of solutions with workshops as the foundation.

Bring it on – these are learner centred 2-day sessions.  Delegates design and deliver up to 50% of the learning intervention with extensive resources and coaching.

Character – supported by a coach and a facilitator these sessions are designed to explore the delegates character.  Delegates shape the learning programme and are encouraged to be both challenged and stimulated.
