Stuart Haden is the founder of Storm Beach,
and in all instances Stuart will handle the initial stages of your interest with
the intent to lead on the assignment. The

Stuart Haden
Stuart is a commercially focused
learning and development specialist with over 17 years experience and particular
expertise in teams, leadership and coaching.
He discovered his passion for developing people when managing an outdoor
activity centre in Wales for 8 years. Facilitating
outdoor management and leadership programmes with clients from all sectors.
After 2 years working overseas
Stuart has spent the last 7 years in London, working in broadcasting with QVC
The Shopping Channel and retail with J
Sainsbury and Selfridges & Co.
During this time Stuart has worked extensively with teams and individuals
to improve performance and delivered leadership development at all levels.
1:1 coaching and the development of internal coaches has always been at
the core of his work.
Stuart first presented his work
at the annual CIPD Leadership Coaching Conference 2005 and contributed to The
Case for Coaching by Jarvis, Lane & Fillery-Travis, published in 2006.
In 2006 also at the CIPD conference he chaired an Unlocking Leadership
Potential seminar.
He graduated from London South Bank University in 2006 with a CIPD
accredited MSc in Human Resources & Development, specialising in management
development, consulting and coaching.
Focusing on teams, leadership and
coaching Stuart believes in having an authentic and strategic approach to the
behavioural change and inspirational events that he delivers.
He places the learner at the centre of his work and cites the development
of character as key. As an outdoor
enthusiast he uses the outdoor environment for programmes depending on the needs
of the organisation.
Stuart has represented Wales in
hockey and has played rugby up to County level.
Now in his 30’s the sporting passions revolve around mountaineering,
marathons and triathlons. To relax
he balances his social life with reading and travel.
