The art of energy and culture

Written by Stuart Haden on July 22, 2014

I didn’t set out to write a series of 3 postings but that is how it turned out. Previously we explored the need for creating readiness in our followers and a recognition of our own personal identity. Perhaps this is what we need to put in. But what do we get out?

Well first off you create energy, flow and vitality. Relaxed times as a team, progress on a new project, improved relationships, gathering information and sense of purpose. Having harnesses the energy you and others have fuel in the tank for the challenges ahead.

Secondly, this energy spreads beyond individuals across teams and organisations. Widely regarded as culture, new habits form and new habitats are created. The project team now have an agreed way of working (habit) and they have delivered successfully to the client by creating value (habitat). This video backs up these claims and takes a closer look at both areas…

If you want more information in this area check out my first online course – The Art of Leadership & Coaching which includes 7 integration exercises.
