Three phases of change – form, transform and formless

This is one of my favourite maps of all time. Simple to understand and apply. Yet it can bring a level of complexity and stretch beyond your imagination. In the context of culture change I describe the following three areas in this short video (3:54).

Form – what do you need to create in order to engender the intended culture?

Transform – now we need to kick on and change what your have already changed.

Formless – aspects of the culture need to be everywhere, ubiquitous.
