Free workshop – It’s Not About The Coach

I hope you spotted the blog from a couple of weeks ago about supporting my research and allowing me to run a free half day workshop based on my book (It’s Not About The Coach). This forms part of my latest research as I ‘translate’ the content of the book into an interactive workshop.
The sessions I have run over the last couple of weeks have proved beneficial for all. For example, one organisation I have worked with quickly realised that 150 employees need to assess how coachable they are given that 3 internal coach roles have just been recruited to support (and I hope challenge) this team.
The other reminder is that I have just had two online courses published by www.udemy.com. It’s Not About The Coach (3 part introduction course) is free at the moment and you can download the 90 mins of content here.
