How do you find your creative spark?

If these postings encourage you to describe flow as your favourite 4 letter F word then my work here is done. Fire has to be up there as well, primordial, life saving and relaxing. The fire triangle describes the need for fuel, oxygen and a spark.

Likewise the ‘flow triangle’ requires mindset, environment and a group. Take one away and you’ll struggle to create anything. Wet matches in the wind.

But if you engineer these three principles you’ll find your creative spark. Maybe life saving, maybe relaxing. Definitely primordial, peak experiences that have defined us throughout the ages. Something that we have lost touch with. But something we can rekindle with relative ease.
