Can you become bulletproof and reach a state of high performance?

My stated aim is to hack authenticity and open source it for all – so that we can develop high performance in individuals, teams and organisations. The good news is I have discovered another one of the secrets of high performance, and it will leave you feeling bulletproof. So if you want to ‘supercharge your body and upgrade your brain’ then read on.

When I pose the question – what makes someone show up as being truly authentic? alignment often comes to mind. Walking the talk. But that’s just it, so many people who strive to be authentic only talk, they pay little or no attention to the walk. Of course when I refer to ‘the walk’ I am calling on you to take care of your body, heart and mind. 6 months ago  discovered Bulletproof Radio by Dave Asprey and I have been hooked ever since. Actually I’ll rewind – my first response was, ‘there is no way I am going to read a diet book and even if I did there is no way I can give up eating…’ The thing is I did read the diet book (although it’s almost an injustice to call it that as it offers so much more) and I can’t remember what I was moaning about giving up because frankly I have forgotten. You see I am coachable!?

The results I have achieved in the meantime have been mind (and body and heart) blowing. Cognitive ability has gone through the roof, my mood is vastly improved, my food cravings have disappeared and I finally feel informed enough to see through all the food marketing lies. It does seem like a parallel universe at times now that I view food differently or speak to dairy farmers with confidence. If you want to hack the bulletproof diet I suggest you start with its most famous product – bulletproof coffee. I can guarantee you haven’t experienced coffee like this before, and that’s coming from a decaf drinker!?
